Exchange Policy
- No Returns: The Mark Collections does not offer returns on any of its products.
- Exchange Window: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- The product received differs from the original order.
- Missing components such as tags, authentication cards, warranty booklets, or original packaging.
- To initiate a claim, please email clear images of the defective product to support@themarkcollections.com or call us at +92 312 15 60 807within the 7-day window. Each claim is reviewed individually with fairness and prompt service.
- Upon approval, a replacement of equal value (as per invoice) will be dispatched to the original shipping address.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
- Items purchased on discount, during sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized or engraved watches, and used handbags showing signs of wear, will not be accepted for exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- The Mark Collections does not offer monetary refunds.
- Orders paid via credit card or PayPal may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Instead of a refund, a voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 60 days on our website.
- The brand reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Inventory issues (e.g., item out of stock)
- Failed quality inspection
- Payment rejection
- Technical errors
- We do not store credit card details, and your data is never shared with third parties.
